PCR Setup Protocol Generator

Instructions

Enter volumes for mastermix, water, and sample (defaults provided)
Select your sample wells:
- Click individual wells, or
- Use the range selection tools below the grid
The protocol will:
- Calculate total volumes needed with overage
- Mix and distribute mastermix + water
- Transfer samples in triplicate
- Add three NTC reactions
Click "Generate Protocol" to create your OT-2 protocol

Right Mount: P20 Single-Channel Gen2 (0.5-20µL)

Note: All volumes must be ≤ 20µL per transfer. For larger volumes, the protocol will use multiple transfers.
