Usage Instructions
- Select the camera to use for capture.
- Click capture to save the image.
- Adjust slider parameters if needed.
- Use "Mode button" to add or remove colonies manually by clicking on the image.
- To save the result, click add to table, this will populate the table below.
- The 'Plate' column is editable if clicked.
- To export results as html click "save", or as tsv click "As tsv".
- You can reupload the saved JSON file for further editing using the upload button.
- To add this app to your home screen
- Android: Open Chrome, navigate to the webpage, tap the menu icon, and then Add to home screen.
- iPhone: Open Safari, navigate to the webpage, tap the share button, and then Add to home screen.
- Known bugs
