Aliquot Transfer Protocol Generator

Instructions

1. Download the template file using the "Download Template" button below
2. Fill in the template with your aliquot positions and volumes:
   • Position: Well position (e.g., A1, B2, etc.)
   • Ultoaliqout: Volume in microliters (µL) to transfer
3. Save the file as a TSV (Tab-Separated Values) file
4. Upload your filled template using the file input below
5. Select your desired pipette type and output tube position
6. Click "Generate Protocol" to create your OT-2 protocol
